Possibly the best breakfast photo I have ever seen! A spot-on poached egg like this is not the easiest thing to do – at least for me. Just wonderful.

Aww thankyou! Lovely to hear from you. Agreed. It was so georgous I had to whip out my camera. The people sittng around me asked me why I was taking pictures. I said “I keep a food blog” which was not true at the time. I realised I better get cracking and get the blog going, or I would be lying.
