Dinner: An exqusite salmon tartare to start

Turbot with creamed potato and ratatouille. Probably the best restaurant in Narbonne – L’Estagnol, created this simply prepared but exquisite dish.

Wayne’s favourite pudding at Le Centaure… an enormous icecream sundae. This one was created with caramel icecream, caramel sauce, vanilla icecream, chantilly cream and meringue! Now that’s a days eating to remember…
