This is mid week fast food, homestyle cooking. It’s light and super tasty and takes 20 minutes all up, which is perfect when I get home late from work!
It’s not a big deal, but I do need M&S for help. Their aromatic vegetable box is perfect, especially accompanied by their fresh plum and soy sauce. I then use all my favourite spices.
MAKE IT!
I marinate the salmon in terriyaki, fresh ginger, garlic and sambal for 15 minutes.
I make it spicy to speed up the process and sprinkle sesame over it before it grills.
I then grill under high heat for 10-15 minutes, till it’s crispy on top and fleshy in the middle.
In the meantime, I heat some oil and stir fry the veg for a couple of minutes, adding the egg noodle for a few minutes to finish.
Fill a couple of bowls, plop the salmon over the top and serve with a wedge of lime.Done!
