A lovely few days in Camogli, Italy reminded us how simple food is best. Bruscetta brushed with olive oil, with the freshest and most delicate Anchovies I’ve ever had.

I has this seafood pasta at least once every day. When it’s this fresh, you can’t afford to miss a single opportunity.


Calamari, BBQ prawns and a Pomodoro salad. Perfect.

And, of course, one cannot forget the backbone of Italian food (for me) – Spaghetti con Vongole.
