Vietnamese Beef Pho

Since Princess Lottie  joined an online cooking challenge (bit like a book club), she’s been presented with numerous recipes and dishes to make each month. One such challenge was to produce the national Vietnamese treasure of Pho. Being of Vietnamese origin, her husband Wayne, naturally wanted to partake, and do it the long way. I, on the other hand wont do it, but I will eat it with. Anyone recommend the best pho in London? Otherwise read on to make your own.

Narbonne France, a foodie paradise

When Princess Lottie and Wayne visit Narbonne one of the things they love to do is EAT. So it’s no surprise that one of their favourite places to visit is Les Halles, an undercover market famed for its wonderful produce. A typical morning is spent walking up and down the aisles sampling and buying fresh produce, to take back to ‘the family home’ affectionately known as ‘Piglet’ – a very appropriate name considering the amount of food consumed there in between sunning themselves and sipping the local wine! Drool!
