Princess Lottie’s Sunday tarts

Here she goes again, baking Sunday tarts that bring a tear to the eye… Yotam Ottolenghi, you’d be proud!

These tarts are my current favourite dessert to bake.  Sweet pastry cases filled with white chocolate ganache and topped with a raspberry coulis swirl.  There’s an added treat when you take a bite… nestled deep inside the chocolate is a dollop of raspberry jam.

The other tart is filled with a glorious mixture of mascarpone cheese, creme fraiche, icing sugar, vanilla extract and topped with fresh fruit.
